If in doubt, it is your sole responsibility to consult a medical practitioner or to cancel your membership.
Your membership applies to you personally: you cannot lend, assign or transfer it to another person.
We reserve the right to make or change minor points or amendments in this Membership Agreement without notice to you.

Please note: Groin & mouth guards are compulsory

You are responsible for ensuring that you know how to correctly operate or use any facilities and/or equipment (including adjusting levels or settings) which we provide. If you are in any doubt about how to correctly operate any equipment, you must consult a member of staff before use.

Members must secure their personal belongings on their person or place and secure them at the reception desk whilst using a dojo’s facilities. Your property is left in the changing rooms entirely at your own risk. For this reason, the dojo door will be locked once the class has started, unless there is a member of the dojo staff permanently at the desk.

No gym bags are to be brought onto the training floor.

Water, if available in the fridge will be provided at the reception desk for a fee. All bottles must be collected up at the end of the session and not left on the training floor or in the changing rooms. The same applies to items of clothing. Personal Trainers & Therapists

Shinobi School of Mixed Martial Arts

Their sessions are booked so as not to conflict, where possible, with normal dojo classes. Personal training/therapist sessions and the dojo must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Note: there is only one tank of water – everyone is entitled to have a hot shower after training, so please be respectful of your fellow dojo members during shower times.
