So happy I decided to give this place a go. Superb dojo in Iberlagos run by a top fellow called Colin Byrne (Mcgregors trainer) he has a wealth of knowledge and the things I'm learning in my first few days have been exhilarating. I'm hungry to learn more. The classes are super disciplined, friendly and educational. In Addition to this the dojo has a really nice lady called Star who spealises in posture and nutrition and is helping me with things I've never even considered. This is a dojo that's fantastic and run by professionals. I can't wait till tomorrow.
